Why I Love the Autumn

It’s that time of year… No, not back to school – it’s FALL! I’m sure you’ll see and hear people griping and complaining that the cold weather is coming, but not me. I love the autumn.

“But it’s getting cold out, and winter is just around the corner!” I know. And I can’t wait.

There’s something about the cool nights, the crunchy leaves, and the apple cider that makes fall so romantic. Plus, after this humid and hot summer we’ve just had, I’ll take the impending threat of winter.

Here’s to the cozy sweaters, the beautiful scarves, the classic trench coats, and the adorable boots. I can’t wait for the cozy Saturday mornings in bed with a good book and a hot cup of tea. The brisk evening walks with my dog, Monty. I love the fresh, cool air.  Autumn is the best time of year. Who’s with me?
