Quick Tip For Getting Stuck Stickers Off of Clothes

One of the things I love about Mabel's Labels is that they do not turn into a gooey mess if washed unintentionally.

There are times when the kids may go to child care and get a name tag or perhaps you are at a meeting and get a big "Hello, My name is sticker." I try to be diligent about taking these stickers off before the clothes end up in the wash but sometimes they slip past me. Oh what a mess they make. The paper washes away and you are usually left with the gummy stuff stuck to the clothes.

Don't worry, all is not lost! Here is a little trick for getting sticker goop off of a shirt.
Lay the shirt flat, grab an ice cube and rub on sticker goop until it comes off. Simple!  As the ice starts to melt it gets the goop just wet enough to loosen it up and the cold helps stiffen it up so that you can pull it right off.

Do you have any home remedies for life’s small messes?
