Last week we received a comment from Nicole who ordered a set of “My 411 Wristbands” before her family’s trip to Walt Disney World. Nicole’s story brought tears to our eyes as we read it. It reinforced the importance of why we do what we do and our line of Kid Safety Products. With Nicole’s permission we are sharing it with you.

Hi,

I just wanted to send a quick note to your company to thank you from the bottom of my heart for offering you "411 Wristbands". I purchased some just before our trip to Walt Disney World this November.

I'm so glad I bought them because on Nov 15th we lost our 3.5 year old daughter at Animal Kingdom. She went back to look at the Macaws without telling us. When she lost sight of us she started walking in the wrong direction looking for us. We realized that she was gone and started looking frantically for her.

After about 10-15 min (it felt like FOREVER) a family spotted her and called my cell number that was listed on her “My 411 Wristband”. I was stunned at how far she had walked...almost halfway across the park! I was in tears when a security guard and I finally reached them 5-10 min later.

The family that found her was amazing but all the credit goes to the 411 band she was wearing for reuniting us so quickly. My daughter didn't leave our side after that for the rest of our vacation and she refused to take her wristband off even when she was sleeping. Thank you!!!!

Nicole
